Welcome to Epaidera. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Epaidera ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Epaidera. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and suspend accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Your username becomes your permanent referral code and cannot be changed after registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
  • One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

4. Registration Fee

Important: A one-time, non-refundable $5 activation fee is required to unlock full platform features, including the ability to earn referral commissions and access the Jobs & Tasks system. This fee covers platform maintenance, fraud prevention, and member verification. Exceptions to the non-refundable policy are outlined in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Important: Payment of the activation fee does not guarantee any level of earnings. Earnings depend entirely on your own activity and referral performance.

5. Referral Program

  • You earn $3 per direct referral (Level 1) who completes registration and pays the activation fee.
  • You earn $1 per indirect referral (Level 2) referred by your direct referrals.
  • Earnings are credited to your platform balance upon successful activation of referred members.
  • Self-referrals, fake referrals, or any artificial manipulation of the referral system will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

6. Jobs & Tasks System

  • Access to the Jobs & Tasks system requires reaching 100 verified referrals.
  • Tasks are assigned at our discretion and availability may vary.
  • Task earnings are credited upon successful verification of task completion.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue tasks at any time.

7. Earnings & Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
  • Processing times vary by payment method (see Refund & Withdrawal Policy for full details):
    • JazzCash/EasyPaisa: Within 12 hours (business days)
    • Bank Transfer/Stripe: 24–48 hours (business days)
  • Supported withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, Stripe.
  • We reserve the right to verify earnings before processing withdrawals. Suspicious or fraudulent balances will not be paid out.
  • Epaidera is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals or complete tasks
  • Misrepresent the platform in any way when recruiting referrals
  • Use Epaidera to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

9. Disclaimer of Earnings

Epaidera does not guarantee any specific level of income. Results vary based on individual effort, network size, and market conditions. Any income figures shown on the Platform (including testimonials and leaderboards) represent exceptional cases and are not typical.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epaidera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, pending earnings may be forfeited if the account was found to be in violation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epaidera is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
