Registration Fee - Refund Policy
The $5 account activation fee is non-refundable under standard circumstances. This fee is charged to maintain platform integrity and verify the commitment of members.
Exceptions - you may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your account was charged but access was not granted due to a technical error
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment processor error
- You contact us within 48 hours of payment and have not yet used any platform features
To request a refund under these exceptions, email us at support@epaidera.com with your registered email, payment reference number, and a description of the issue.

Withdrawal Rules
- Earnings must be legitimately generated through the referral program or verified task completions.
- Withdrawals may be held for up to 7 business days for first-time requests or if unusual activity is detected on the account.
- We reserve the right to conduct earnings audits before approving any withdrawal request.
- Earnings generated through fraudulent, manipulated, or automated activity will be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal.
Failed or Delayed Withdrawals
If your withdrawal has not arrived after the stated processing time:
- Check that your payment details (JazzCash/EasyPaisa number, bank account) are correctly entered in your profile.
- Contact your payment provider to confirm no incoming restrictions are in place.
- Contact us at support@epaidera.com with your withdrawal reference number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Disputed Earnings
If you believe your earnings balance is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of the discrepancy. Disputes raised after 14 days may not be reviewed.
